Coffee table details 🖤 we finally have a coffee table in our lounge!! It was a real task deciding what to go for.
We are so lucky with the size of our lounge and we felt we were getting rid of Rhodie’s play area if we went with something too big. After much deliberating, we opted for a budget friendly IKEA assemble which we are so pleased with! The glass gives the illusion of space, whilst offering that much needed coffee resting spot!

Who knew it would be so difficult to photograph a down stairs loo 🤦🏼‍♀️ so here’s the deal, it’s not completely finished just yet, as we still have a blind to grab, and it’s since become the store place for all painting supplies, but I just had to share the colour. It would appear by my insta grid I don’t like much colour, but I do and this is the first real ‘splash’ of brightness.
Downstairs loo can be boring, soulless places, and well we didn’t want that!

A little man and his love for his garden 🌿 Wasn’t this weekend just lush? The sunshine, the blue skies, things finally look bright!
We had a busy one, sorting through some of the junk we carried through the move, and finally get those must keep items stored in our loft space! I am a little gutted I’m not showing you a transformation of the two spare rooms, but it’s not long now, just a couple more boxes to sort and some things to sell and we will finally have a 3 bedroom house!

Rhodie thoroughly enjoyed his zoomies round the garden, especially once we took the fence back so he had more room to run! Doesn’t he just look so happy. All he wanted was us all to be in the garden all day!

The grass is certainly longer and more established since this snap from early January. 🌿 Despite Rhodie being a little naughty and pulling a few chunks of lawn up in first few weeks, the lawn is going well.
But as sunshine starts to appear, our next project is fast approaching - our garden! I have some high hopes for our long garden plot, including a larger patio and some much needed privacy. I didn’t think I would be, but I’m rather excited to get green fingered, and hopefully create a inviting outdoor space 🌿 Any advice for our rather daunting blank canvas? I’d love to hear any ideas!

I am so stoked that our loft is now BOARDED!🌿 You know how it is, those childhood mementos, wedding day cards and the odd air loom just have no other place that somewhere safe, like a loft. It’s something we completely underestimated, but we managed to find someone to undertake the work and we can see the light on our current mess that is upstairs!
Yes, I thought he was coming on Friday, and yes he did get a fright when I opened the door yesterday morning in my dressing gown, but hey ho, it’s done and I didn’t know I could be so bloody excited for some plywood in a loft!
