As my day draws closer, ever so slowly, the prospect of Save the Dates comes nearer. Since sorting my guest list with mum and future mum-in-law, I am now set to print and send my save the dates – eeeeeee!
Save the Dates are a fantastic sneak peak for your guests to have an idea of what’s to come of your day. Plus is a cute announcement for your date and of course a prompt for your guests to save it. It’s been ever so exciting planning and searching for the perfect Save the Date to send to my guests. However, being creative and a background in InDesign, I was ever so eager to create my own.
I wanted all my stationary to match, from the save the dates to the order of service and place cards. I am a little anal and like to have everything looking prime and proper when all pulled together.
All in all, I have created a complete wedding suite, with everything matching including Save the Dates, Invites, Signs, place cards, advice cards, order of service and reserved seats cards. Yes this is all created 16 months before the day, but who cares.
For those of you wanting an easy time with your wedding stationary , which I don’t blame you for, there are plenty of places to find your perfect Save the Dates, for a budget friendly price, of not for free!!
Here’s some of my favourites.
Save the Dates are a window into your special day. There are hundreds and thousands of ideas floating around, with creative minds thinking of new and exciting ones every day. When looking at ordering your Save The Dates, really hunt around, and don’t be afraid to get real creative!
