Cohorted Box – Dec 2017*

Is there anything better than a Christmas gift that keeps giving?

No. In fact, that is the ideal present we all search for isn’t it really?

This is where I swiftly move on to the gorgeous Cohorted subscription box.

It’s the one we have all heard of, which offers stunning high-end beauty products for a fraction of the cost. All in a matt black parcel, dropped through your letter box, which is sure to surprise you every single month!!
At just £35 a box, packed with beauty goodies worth £80+, its the ultimate subscription box for all beauty product fans!

So what did I get in the November box, well, here’s a little insight!

Too Faced ‘Melted’ ‘Liquified Long wear Lipstick’ in Coral
I have never had or used anything from Too Faced before so I was mega excited when this was included. Personally the colour isn’t suited for the winter, colder months, and I prefer it for warmer months and summer styles. This is such a gorgeous shade, and the lipstick is so smooth to apply. I can’t wait to sport it next summer!!

Figs & Rouge ‘Light Reflective Brightening Primer & Illuminator’
I was sooo surprised on how weightless this product was on my skin. Some primers I tend to miss, since I hate how heavy they can be on the skin, even before foundation or concealer. However, this felt to light, it was a pleasure to apply and wear underneath my foundation. I’m not sure how illuminating it really was on my skin, but as a primer, it worked soo well. I always grab before applying any make-up.

Lancôme ‘Visionnaire’ ‘Advanced Multi-Correcting Cream’ x2

Thankfully you were given two of these little darlings. And that is what they are. I have fairly visible pores and as many will know, they can be a darn pain to minimise. This little cream not only helps that, but helps my skin feel nourished and moisturised. In this colder weather, it has been a true hero to my skin routine!

New Cid Cosmetics ‘I-Intense Mascara’

Honestly, I am not a big fan of mascara. I hate the face I pull when I try to apply, and feel it can often come out clumpy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the I-Intense mascara. Easy to apply, and little to no clumps were spotted on application. What’s even better, my little eyelashes looked longer and fuller!!

Plum & Ashby ‘Honey & Jojoba Hand Cream’

Firstly, this smells absolutely divine!!! Secondly, it leaves my hands soft as a baby, and with little grease either. There is nothing better than a hand cream that you can wear throughout the day, without feeling you have butter fingers. This product has been a real treat on my hands and is a sure handbag staple considering the nippy weather!

Overall, I was really impressed with my first Cohorted box. I have never tried any of these products before, and in all cases, the brand neither. I was impressed with the size of the products also, and the fact you will receive two products to make up for the size of smaller ones!!

Whilst I am not sure I would benefit from a box myself, for make-up lovers and those alike, I would consider grabbing them one for Christmas, since it really is a subscription that just keeps on giving!
