I do love a good subscription box and I have had the privilege of trying multiple ones thanks to this lil blog! And a couple of weeks ago I was asked to try another – Brushbox! A subscription box that looks after your teeth!!
I hate teeth, and hate going to the dentist, so a box that will prolong the time between dentist trips is a good’un for me !
And what a good one it is! PACKED with products to keep your teeth and gums in tip top condition. So, with out further ado, here’s everything included in a one month box.

Did you know, you should be changing your tooth brush every 3 months! Me and my fiancée have a stash of tooth brushes we raid when we feel it’s time to change. This gorgeous tooth brush has been a great addition to my stash. I have used it a couple of times, and its so lovely to use. So much so, I’ve stored it for the honeymoon. I would totally consider a Bamboo Toothbrush even after just a couple of uses!
Ps. Brushbox do a wide range of toothbrushes that you can pick. Some are pretty snazzy!
2 x Mint Toothpaste
This toothpaste is not just any toothpaste, it fights plaque even after brushing by providing a protective coating of fluoride. Not only that, but it helps whiten your teeth, remove stains ( like coffee, tea or coke!) , prevent decay and maintain healthier gums and teeth.
Above all, it has left my teeth feeling and looking clean. I have always been one to grab any old toothpaste, but after using this toothpaste, I will be double checking what I reach for.
Honestly, this is the weirdest conception and the strangest feeling thing too. But, saying that, my tongue certainly felt fresh and clean after use. I bet you didn’t know that 90% of bad breath come from residue left on your tongue? I didn’t and now I do, its spurred me on to continue using one. I had never previously heard nor seen tongue cleaners before but can truthfully say, it will be part of my oral health routine going forward. I would really recommend if you want to ramp up your oral health!
Flossing is one of those things that I know I should do, but feel like its more hassle than its worth. Having said that, I thought I better get back to it, since I had no excuse having been sent some. And whilst it’s a little long winded, it’s well worth doing every now and again. Using floss can help clean those hard to reach areas that your tooth brush cannot reach, including plaque and food particles.
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with Brushbox and everything it includes. It has certainly opened my eyes on how much small changes in your oral health can have such a huge effect. If you are looking to improve your oral health, Brushbox is certainly the place to start.
