We all struggle with Instagram don’t we, and we all need a little help every now and again. When it comes to hashtags, it can all be trial and error so helping each other and sharing well used hashtags, that grabs engagement and growth is much rather a community thing – well that’s what I believe anyway.
I have experimented with many hashtags over my time on the app and some hashtags have worked better than others – obviously. Although recently I have been experimenting more than ever. I had become a little stale with the hashtags I was using and honestly, being lazy in my choices. I had a set of 30 hashtags that fit the general bill of my content and with every new post, I just copied and pasted that every time.
Here’s that group of Hashtags if you’re wondering…
They work well, gathering general engagement and giving me roughly 100 likes and a couple of comments a time. But I want to grow, engage and grab new followers (doesn’t everyone), so I started to research.
It’s a minefield out there when it comes to Instagram engagement and hashtags and creating a 30 for your image can be a little like a recipe. You want to have high, medium and low ranking hashtags as well as relevant tags that will attract like minded accounts. You then want hashtags that encourage new followers too. How do you fit that all into 30, right?
The art is tailoring your 30 to your image, creating massive attack. Through extensive research, using hashtag generators and generally taking note of tags other, like-minded accounts are using, I’ve gathered together 30 great hashtags to use on your Insta uploads. I have been using and tweaking these hashtags to my content on insta, and I have received a huge uptake on engagement!
ps. I’ve included what I searched to find these niche and popular hashtags so you can gather how I achieved some of these hashtags. I used https://ingramer.com/tools/instagram-hashtag-generator/ to achieve these hashtags. It’s really easy to use and one of many online resources that can help you create hashtags for content.
There are so many different variations to use, and as you can see from the above, sometimes I make sure there are certain hashtags present across all my posts, and other times, I completely tailor it to the content.
Whether you have a set 30 hashtags that you use across every image, a set 30 for different topics, or a set of 30 which change when you have the time and have conducted your own research, it is completely up to you.
If you want to create your own set of hashtags, I will be sharing the online websites and apps that you can use to gather the best hashtags for your specific post! They will all be free services and again will be exclusive access content, so keep your eye’s peeled for that coming soon.
If you’ve enjoyed this exclusive content, be sure to like and share with fellow bloggers. I want others to grow organically and without splashing the cash, so spread the word on the FREE insight!
