R e f l e c t i n g ✨ I think we would all agree 2020 has been the weirdest, often scariest, completely unexpected year. None of us would have believed that we would be keeping our distance, worrying about our health and actually avoiding those used to be normal situations like shopping, cinema, nights out and more.
So, when we finally decided to sell up and buy the next property on our ladder, I was kinda pissed off that our right time could be the WORST time to sell and buy.
The property market had paused, mortgages cut and lending criteria changed. And yet, by some stroke of luck, we sold in 3 days and found the perfect home.

But today we headed to Ditchling Beacon for a gorgeous walk and picnic. I may have freaked about the cows, and my husband may have been more interested in the football ground we could see, but can’t complain! Just look at those views! 🍃
